Mia is built on a high round neck and long sleeves, with continuous vertical beading streaming from the bodice like lines of light that cinch at the waist and flow into the skirt. The shape widens in airy tulle with a gentle train where the beaded strands carry through to the edge — polished, restrained modesty.
In the 2022 collection the lace and the crinoline carry the design. The laces were commissioned specifically for the studio and have a sculptural character, and the crinolines were built in-house from fabrics sourced from European suppliers. Beading uses Swarovski, glass beads, sequins, and pearls. A long sleeve and a closed neckline, in every piece.
